- When using rear screen projection in your meeting room, remember to allow 25-30 feet from the front wall to the screen.
- If you have multiple presenters that are scheduled to speak back-to-back while using a lavalier microphone or laptop and projector, keep in mind the time it takes for the presenters to remove the mic and pass to the next presenter or switch out laptops. Arrange for a second mic and have presenters use the same laptop or schedule a break between presenters.
- If your meeting requires a podium and you are using a laptop and projector, ask the presenter if they are more comfortable with the laptop at the podium or projection table. A laptop at the podium would require extra cabling and a laptop at the projection table may require a wireless remote.
